April 9th 2018, Nelson Enterprise Technology Services (NETS), a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) and 8(a) Small Business in partnership with Central Care Inc, have been awarded a 3 year contract with the Armed Forces Retirement Home – DC, providing services to staff RN’s, LPN’s and CNA’s . The contract includes moving the ARFH from a manual paper process to a digital scheduling and clock in/out process. “As an Army Service Disabled Veteran, this is the biggest honor I can provide by giving back to the Retired Veteran”, says CEO – Robert Nelson.
This is a per diem contract and NETS will be providing coverage for the GS nurses when unavailable for their usual shifts. It is expected that NETS will provide 25,000 hours per year in nursing support.
NETS’ goal is to support the AFRH-W with its mission to deliver continuity of healthcare to all 600 AFRH-W residents of the US Armed Forces who have served our country.
